Minor (but needed) Proofreading

Finally coming back to begin removing some of the major crust on this Jam project. Tried to write the rules with a bit more clarity, as well as sort out the more obvious typos. Will likely touch things up again — if only as a part of finally making a screen reader accessible pdf.
